Unhealthy stress management
I found an unhealthy way of dealign with stress. Take too much on.
If i had a major event, that all depended on, all eyes on me, huge stakes etc. The more of other events i pile up during this time, the less time i have to worry.
I am so busy working out solutions for every challenge that i literally dont have time to worry.
Sure i'll die sooner, but i will not die stressed :)
