I see in eager young people the passion when arguing a point. It might not be the right point, but they are eager to make sure they get it across.

I see the next level when once the point is clear, the tendency is to teach. Many of the people i cross paths with, i can see them evolving and no longer being so eager to get the point across, instead they are passionate about teaching it.

And then there's the next level when people are aware of the point, the various takes for it, yet they dont engage in changing the world. They leave the teachers and the evangelists do the work, but they are the source for – the point.
